FAV (Fruits And Vegetables) Lebanon is the brand that represents 5 agricultural cooperatives (Sawa, Kaa El Rim, Ainata, Ain El Qabou, Wadi Al Aarayech) and their 220 member farmers. Together, the acreage covers more than 800 hectares.

We are able to offer during 9 productive months a year more than 30 different products from our small and medium agricultural producers. Products include apricots, artichoke, cherries, potatoes, table grapes, and more.

Our agribusiness strategy allows the production of high quality products, the optimization and sustainable use of resources in harmony with the agroecological context, and the application of innovative techniques in the use of water, soil and fertilizers.

Through our quality management system, we process, wrap, and label in compliance with quality standards and clients’ needs. Moreover, members apply Integrated Pest Management and our cherries are GlobalGAP certified.

FAV is supported by the Small Farmers Program created by the John Paul II Foundation and founded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation.
