Market leader and regional exporter

Our company Fresh Products was founded by Ahmad Mostafa Khodr in 2011 in Lebanon. Ever since, he grew the business by diversifying the product range and expanding to the current 300 hectare of land. The drive of the company management together with Dutch technology, has made us market leader in Lebanon and exporter of high quality carrots, potatoes and onions in the region.

Integrated production

At Fresh Products, we produce mainly carrots (80%) followed by potatoes and onions (20%). Production is extensively audited by expert engineers and consultants to ensure we deliver the best crop for our customers. Our production is fully integrated from seed development, planting, harvesting, processing (14 Ton/H), packaging (10 Ton/H) and distributing (Avg 50 Ton/day).

Sustainability drive

Through our sustainable and ethical approach we apply crop rotation to keep the soil nutrient rich in a natural way. Besides, we make use of natural fertilizer, drip irrigation for water management and more than 1000 solar panels for our electricity consumption.

Locations

Our planted areas are distributed between Akkar (around 100 Hectare) and Bekaa (around 200 Hectare) depending on seasonality through the year.

Our factories are located in Akkar (Factory dimension around 4,000 m2) and in Zahle – Bekaa (Factory Dimension 10,000 m2).

The products are distributed in Bekaa for the main distributers (4 distributers), in Tripoli (3 distributers) and in Akkar (2 distributers). Moreover, the products are distributed to around 20 industrial food companies.
